Oncology Prefilled Syringes
Cenexi has pre-filled syringe lines at Thissen in Belgium and at its new Hérouville-Saint-Clair site in France. The Thissen line is dedicated to highly potent products, while Hérouville-Saint-Clair is used to manufacture classic liquid steriles.

Oncology Sterile Vials and Freeze-dried Products
Cenexi manufactures liquid and lyophilized steriles in vials. Our Thissen site offers over two decades of experience with freeze-dried oncology products. And the vial line at Hérouville-Saint-Clair handles liquid products in vials. Cenexi’s Sterile Product Development Center (SPDC) enables us to support clients’ needs for development and manufacturing.

Hard Gelatin Capsules
Cenexi has significant expertise with hard gelatin capsule and utilizes IMATIC machines to dose the powder or pellets during capsule filling. These machines are fitted with a single continuously rotating turret that processes the capsules during the various phases of filling. The Precisa units are automated machines designed for 100% mass control of the filled capsules.

Cenexi has installed a dedicated and qualified line for suppository manufacture, filling and packaging. Cenexi also provides new manufacturing and holding tanks with cleaning-in- place (CIP). For oxidation-sensitive products, Cenexi also offers operations under vacuum or nitrogen.
